This course will be held in our new classroom at Tenterden Adult Education Centre, Homewood School, Tenterden TN30 6LT

We will be making a Posy Arrangement in foam.

This practical course will focus on developing your skills and confidence, as you create an all round arrangement in floral foam. This traditional style of arrangement is the perfect starting point for creating floral designs in a medium. Posies are suitable for many occasions: gifts, table arrangements, venue decorations and funerals. They are the ideal choice when a design is to be viewed from all round or above, such as on a coffee table or dinner table centrepiece.

This course will be taught by Caroline Miller. Caroline has worked as a Florist for over 30 years. She has taught at Hadlow College, given demonstrations to local groups and also to the Horticultural Society. She has achieved a Silver medal as Florist of the Year at the Chelsea Flower Show and was part of a team to achieve Gold Medals and Best in Show at the Chelsea Flower Show and the Hampton Court Flower Show.

Our new classroom is near the School Farm. After coming into the school site via the main entrance, turn immediately left, go straight on past the main school reception and past the main exit, you will then see signage directing you to our classroom.
