The course is an ideal introduction and a good insight into further Counselling courses offered at Sittingbourne Adult Education Centre.
By the end of the day students should be able to:
1) name at least three listening skills.
2) name at least the three core values that underpin effective listening
3) name at least one of the schools of main counselling theory.
4) demonstrate use of listening skills in a brief triad situation
