Who is the tutor?
About the Tutor: Emma Norris
How will I be taught?
Our one day craft courses provide an opportunity for students to experience some of the techniques and processes of the chosen craft. Tutors will use a variety of teaching methods including demonstration, instructions, one-to-one tutorial guidance, group discussions and critiques.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring an apron or overall to the lessons as clay tends to be a messy subject. If you have any pottery tools bring them to the first session but do not buy any equipment until you have spoken with the tutor. A notebook, pen and pencil will be useful for taking notes related to your object making. Clay is paid for by weight at a reasonable rate in class, items must be paid for before they are fired.
For Health and Safety please wear closed toe foot ware.
