Interior Design -
During this workshop, we will investigate the rising Interior design trend of Biophilic design, incorporating nature into indoor environment.
Biophilia is the love of nature, and Biophilic design focuses on ways to create calming interior design schemes which make a visual connection with nature.
Biophilic design is known to improve wellbeing, productivity and health.
The session will look at ways to use plants and nature in the home and create eye catching nature inspired designs from grouping, styling to the easy care options.

How will I be taught?
Studio Craft courses provide an opportunity for students to learn and develop skills, techniques and understand how to design for a chosen craft to a higher level. Students will also be expected to research and respond to the design aspects of craft. Tutors will use a variety of teaching methods including demonstration, instructions, one-to-one tutorial guidance, group discussions and critiques. Our courses are taught by qualified and experienced tutors most of whom are practising craftspeople.
There are opportunities to discuss your progress with the tutor during the day.
