This is an online course delivered using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners.

In this special Yoga session you will be shown how Yoga postures can be used to promote and encourage core strength, important for preventing falls, with improved stamina and a wealth of other health benefits.

Successful students will learn how to:
1) Perform Yoga postures specifically aimed at enhancing core strength.
2) Develop an awareness of the breath, and breathing exercises which energise core muscles
3) Understand how yoga can promote core strength and why this is important.
