Gentle Yoga for Stretch and Relaxtion

This online course is for adults who have not completed any Kent Adult Education courses since August 1st 2020. You can enrol on ONE of these types of courses.

These FREE community courses are engagement courses, intended to encourage learning for personal and community development, cultural enrichment, intellectual or creative inspiration and for enjoyment. Once completed, you can then progress onto other Kent Adult Education courses.

Please note, these courses are very popular so enrol NOW to avoid disappointment. Enrolments will close 1 week before the course start date.

Once you have enrolled please check your email Inbox including your Spam box for the link to join the Zoom session. This link will arrive near the start date of your course.

About this course
This course is suitable for absolute beginners and all fitness levels.
The course will include:
Some gentle yoga poses
Guided relaxation
Breathing techniques to reduce stress and aid relaxation

Your tutor will guide you through the session using demonstration and detailed explanation. A health questionnaire will be sent out to you before the course starts.
