This course will be delivered online using the Zoom app.
This is a free taster exploring a variety of techniques to meditate, to relax and to enhance awareness using breathing exercises.
Successful students will learn how to:
1) Sit in a posture suitable for meditation.
2) Develop an awareness of breathing and the body through a variety of mindful breathing exercises, including relaxation.
3) Use visualisation, inner listening and breath awareness to develop meditation skills.
