This is an experiential course exploring how Tai Chi and Qigog exercises can be used to benefit heart and lung health.
Successful students will learn how to:
1) Use a few exercises which specifically focus on heart and lung health
2) Develop an awareness of breathing and the body through a variety of exercises, including relaxation.
