This Online Inspirational series of courses is part of Mental Health Awareness week which we want to carry on over the next few weeks. These courses are just for you, to reduce stress levels, increase peace and happiness and simply give you the chance for some me time.
This course will be delivered online using the Zoom app.
This is an experiential course exploring a variety of Yoga exercises and techniques which focus on improving lung capacity and health
Successful students will learn how to:
1) Use a few Yoga postures and breathing exercises which focus on the lungs
2) Develop an awareness of breathing and the body through a variety of Yoga exercises, including relaxation.
3) Use visualisation, inner listening and breath awareness to develop Lung capacity and improve overall health
