How will I be taught?
Your tutor will use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, including one to one guidance and group critiques to support you in achieving your goals. The course will be taught in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, which will try to cater for your individual needs.
Your tutor will provide feedback throughout the session. You will complete an end of course evaluation.
If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom, or using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the appropriate support.
What do I need to bring with me?
A notepad and pen and a calculator. Please bring a USB memory stick with you, if you wish to take away any of your data.
** Please note: If you are storing any data/images on transferrable data devices (memory sticks, portable hard drives, etc.) please make sure that you have back-up files saved elsewhere and when removing devices have followed the 'safely removing hardware' guidelines on the PC. Kent Adult Education is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal equipment or corruption to your files whilst you are in Kent Adult Education centres and/or undertaking Kent Adult Education courses.**

What do I need to join the course
This course is for those who have some computer literacy and you should be familiar with the basics of the Microsoft® Word 2016 and Excel 2016 programs.
This course is aimed at aspirant entrepreneurs of small businesses, start-ups and existing small businesses.
