How will I be taught?
You will be taught by a qualified beauty specialist. Our teaching methods include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions.. The course teaching will be a mix of tutor presentations, student exercises and skills practiseYou will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely. At the start of your course you will be asked to complete an Individual Learning Plan which includes your Initial Assessment of your own skills and will be used by you and your tutor to reflect on and monitor your progress. Your tutor will also use this information to ensure that all of your personal goals are achieved and provide individual support where necessary. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made.
If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom, or using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the support you would like
What do I need to bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothes, headband, cotton wool, tissues, cleanser, toner, moisturiser, makeup, brushes if you use them and bring a mirror.
