How will I be taught?
Demonstration, group and individual tuition. You will receive personal feedback during each class. Your tutor will discuss your progress with you and give you further feedback as required. You will be encouraged to record your progress.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement, preferably a T-shirt and soft trousers or leggings. A fleece may keep you snug when we relax. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dresses are not suitable for this activity. You will be exercising in socks or bare feet. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Students need to bring a hand towel or small head cushion. Please bring water and avoid eating a large meal prior to exercising. Mats are provided by your tutor or you may bring your own.
