How will I be taught?
Craft courses provide an opportunity for you to learn and develop skills, techniques and understand how to design for a chosen craft to a higher level.
Tutors will use a variety of teaching methods including demonstration, instructions, one-to-one tutorial guidance, group discussions and critiques.
What do I need to bring with me?
For the first lesson please bring with you: Note book and pen, apron, a 6” round sponge cake, 1kg pack of white roll out fondant icing (both can be bought from a supermarket) 10” cake board, buttercream (homemade or shop bought) strawberry jam (optional), a box to take cake home in. Any general cake decorating equipment you may have.
