How will I be taught?
Teaching methods will include demonstration, lecture input, discussion and time for question and answer sessions. If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom, or using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the support you would like.
Completion of tests, assignments, case studies and other activities as set by the course syllabus in addition to tutor assessment feedback.
What do I need to bring with me?
There is a salon dress code which consists of a white/black top and black trousers/skirt, appropriate shoes (no clogs) which must be worn at all times. A uniform can be assembled for £25-£65. You will need notepad, paper and folders. You will be expected to purchase recommended text books, towels, oils and couch covers at the start of the course . A couch approximately £120) will be needed at home. All the above will be discussed in detail and a full equipment list will be provided on the first day of the course. Please do not buy anything until after the first session.

What do I need to join the course
Students should have 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent although this may be waived at our discretion. All students will be expected to sit a literacy and maths assessment before a place can be offered on the course. Advice following your assessment may include enrolling onto one of our Skills Plus courses designed to help improve your written English skills and/or maths skills your progress will be closely monitored during your course to ensure you gain the maximum benefits.
Those wishing to pursue a career in holistic therapies or for personal development but please be aware that the emphasis is on becoming a practitioner. PLEASE NOTE THE COURSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT STUDENTS.
