How will I be taught?
You will be taught by a qualified tutor. The course will be highly experiential and you will participate in Mindful activities and Meditation practices led by the tutor.
We use approaches to slow down the conscious mind this is particularly useful for people whose mind is so active they feel relaxation is impossible.
You will learn a variety of techniques to achieve the depth and duration of meditation experience you desire.
Our teaching methods include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely. At the start of your course you will be asked to complete an Individual Learning Plan which includes your Initial Assessment of your own knowledge and ability evels and will be used by you and your tutor to reflect on and monitor your progress. Your tutor will also use this information to ensure that all of your personal goals are achieved and provide individual support where necessary.
