What can I do next?
We have a variety of courses available. Level 3 Counselling Skills Certificate with CPCAB would be a good addition to your portfolio after this Life Coaching course. Your tutor will advise or visit www.kentadulteducation.co.uk.
What do I need to join the course
You must have achieved a level 2 qualification in a related or complementary subject, e.g. counselling skills, health and social care or have equivalent experience.
There is no requirement for external, personal life coaching sessions. However, it is strongly recommended that candidates will undertake some form of external personal development.
Before enrolling on this course, you will need to complete a pre-course application form, which is available from any of our Adult Education Centres. You will also be required to undertake a Level 2 Literacy assessment to ensure your reading and writing skills are at the correct level for the course or to help us identify any support required.
On receipt of your completed application, we will arrange for you to have an interview with the course tutor and Curriculum Leader. The interview will be informal and will involve a discussion with the tutor about the content and level of the course, to ensure that the course is suitable for you. Following a successful interview, a place will be offered to you.
The qualification will be of benefit to a broad range of people working in health, social care and education. It will also help support personal relationships with children, friends and colleagues.
To be successful in all aspects of this course, it is recommended that you do not enrol if you have recently undergone a life-changing experience. The course will involve some personal disclosure and associated personal development activities.
