How will I be taught?
Teaching methods will include demonstration, lecture input, discussion and time to practice what is being taught and for question and answer sessions. Our Complementary Therapy and healing workshop courses are not intended as treatments in themselves.
If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom, or using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the support you would like.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please dress suitably, bring a large towel and wet wipes.
What can I do next?
To further massage courses with Kent Adult Education or other providers. Possible progression to the ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage. Enrol early as places cannot be guaranteed.
What do I need to join the course
No previous knowledge or experience is required.
This is short massage introductory course suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage themselves, family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. Due to the use of oils in some sessions this course is not be suitable for pregnant women.
