How will I be taught?
Teaching with consist of one to one and group tuition, demonstrations and self evaluation. Your tutor will provide feedback on your progress during the day.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring your chair, screen, stool etc to the course. You might like to bring an old blanket to cover your work table. All tools will be provided however if you have any of the following, please feel free to bring them along, a wooden mallet, a small headed hammer (or magnetic tack hammer), a tack lifter or old chisel, scissors and a Stanley knife. Please remember that upholstery tools can be HAZARDOUS - keep all sharp tool points and blades covered and contained in a suitable toolbox or bag. You will also need a dust mask, goggles and latex and cotton gloves (we do have these available for use on the day). Suitable shoes should be worn, no open toed shoes or sandals.

What do I need to join the course
You will need to have an appropriate project to work on which your tutor can discuss with you prior to starting the course if required. No previous knowledge is needed.
