How will I be taught?
Craft courses provide an opportunity for students to learn and develop skills, techniques and understand how to design for a chosen craft to a higher level. Tutors will use a variety of teaching methods including demonstration, instructions, one-to-one tutorial guidance, group discussions and critiques. You will be encouraged to look at the work of other craftspeople and artists, both contemporary and historical.
Our courses are taught by qualified and experienced tutors most of whom are practising craftspeople.
Through one to one tuition, a group critique and self assessment.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring on the day, a sketchbook and pencil and an apron on overall to keep you clean. Ideas or pictures of the bangle you are interested in would start a discussion about design with the tutor.
What can I do next?
