Fit for Royal-Tea Art class with Cas Holmes

To mark the Royal Jubilee, our learners explored the theme of 'afternoon tea' or 'tea party' for their Jubilee Celebration project.
Our learners developed their own references, bringin in natural forms, images and objects relating to the theme of their choice. They also referenced some of the artists covered during the course, for example, Winifred Nicholson, Matisse and Patrick Caulfield.
The studies were in mediums of their choice; collage, mixed media and even textiles were used to employ some of the techniques the learners have covered over the last year.
