Health, Wellbeing and Personal Development
Help improve your health and wellbeing or take time for some personal development with our range of courses. Our courses have been designed to help build confidence, develop curiosity, resilience and adaptability, encourage collaboration and foster a sense of purpose. You can choose to explore your creative side with our Arts & Craft courses, learn a new language or join a Fitness course plus many more. Our Health, Wellbeing and Personal Development courses also include our range of free Family Learning courses which aim to support the health and wellbeing of families, allowing them to enjoy learning together in a creative and stimulating environment.
Concessions are available on these courses, up to 100% of the course fee, helping to make learning more affordable. (Subject to eligibility).
Learners on our Health, Wellbeing and Personal Development courses are limited to 120 guided learning hours per level, per subject category. Read our information explaining our courses for more information.
