Printmaking & Etching courses

Our Printmaking & Etching courses will teach you how to produce individual artwork through the process of printmaking. Understand traditional and contemporary techniques such as monoprint, linocut, collagraph and stencil screen print. Our expert tutors based in Kent will show you how to confidently prepare ink and blocks ready for printing. You will print using water-based inks and will be shown how to use a reduction method to add detail and interest to your artwork. The techniques taught, although highly effective, require little specialised equipment and once mastered can be carried out at home. Experiment with different styles and take inspiration from other artists to create your own printmaking art project.
