Who can join this course

This course will introduce new ways to deal with difficult people and recognise when each one is appropriate. It will look at the psychological reasons why we don't always help strangers in need. It will make us more of the reasons for eating and why we don't stop once our energy levels have been restored. We will explore ancestral reasons why we are.
