Who can join this course

This course is designed specifically for individuals who are new to exercise or prefer a slower, more manageable pace. It focuses on low to medium impact activities that promote gentle movement and overall well-being.

Participants will engage in a variety of exercises that are easy on the joints while still offering a good workout. The class includes stretching, basic strength training, and light cardiovascular activities, all aimed at building endurance and flexibility over time.

Your tutor will foster a supportive and encouraging environment, helping participants feel comfortable as they explore their fitness journey. Each session allows for modifications, ensuring everyone can work at their own level.

The program not only improves physical fitness but also emphasises the importance of mental wellness. By creating a positive atmosphere, participants can build confidence and enjoy the process of getting active. Whether you’re just starting out or seeking a gentler option, this course is an ideal fit.
Pregnant students should not attend classes until they are at least 16 weeks pregnant. If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom, or using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the support you would like.
