Who can join this course

This course will be delivered live online using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners.

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

1) recognise the various types of addiction
2) discuss the potential starting point/s or causes of addictions
2) understand the symptoms and signs of addictions
3) discuss some tactics and ways to manage and live with addiction or those with addictions

This course is educational rather than therapeutic. General broad ideas will be shared and discussed amongst the group. There could be some sharing of personal experiences. This course is not a replacement for personal therapy and this element will be carefully managed by the tutor.

All students will be expected to provide feedback during each session and encouraged to continue their practise outside the classroom.
