Who can join this course

This course is for those wanting to continue their recorder studies and improve their recorder technique and musical interpretation. The course will consist of mainly ensemble playing with solo pieces set for students home study.

Is this course for me

This course allows you to continue learning how to get the best from your recorder in a group setting.

Course aims

By the end of the course you should be able to:

* Play pieces confidently in time with other members of the group
* Work on improving technique through solo study homework with your tutor's help
* Play simple recorder ensemble pieces in 3 or 4 parts with other members of the group

What will I need for my course

Bring a folder to keep your music in, a pencil and a recorder, a descant, treble or tenor, or a combination of any of these, but please bring whatever recorder you have to the first lesson.
