Course aims

By the end of the course you should be able to:

* Analyse the geographical and climatic factors that influence wine production in regions such as Chianti, Amarone, and others
* Gain knowledge of the primary grape varieties used in Italian wines and their unique characteristics
* Develop skills to taste, evaluate, and pair Italian wines with various foods to enhance the dining experience

Additional Information
