Is this course for me

This course is aimed at those who have an interest developing their knowledge of Canva, progressing in a vocational direction.
This course explores the versatility of digital storytelling, blending narrative with text, images, audio, and video to create engaging content used widely in both business and personal contexts. It fosters creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy by showcasing how digital stories can range from personal anecdotes to educational materials, shared across platforms for branding, advocacy, and rapid personal narrative development.

Course aims

By the end of the course you should be able to:

* Identify the appropriate tools within Canva for your project.
* Produce at least two types of digital content for your target audience.
* Develop an appropriate digital content strategy in line with your organisational goals.
* Explain at least 2 benefits and 2 limitations of working in Canva.
* Critically evaluate your choice of design choices through a group or individual processes.
* Explain the health and safety considerations for all ICT equipment used.
