Course aims

By the end of the course you should be able to:

* Create a Hand-tied Bridal Bouquet.
* Demonstrate 2 different styles of Buttonholes.
* Create both a traditional and a contemporary Corsage.
* Demonstrate how to arrange at least 2 table centre pieces.
* Critically evaluate your choice of materials, tools and techniques through a group or individual processes.
* Explain the health and safety considerations for all resources and tools used.
