Keeping up with the Children Maths or English (8-10 hours)
Help parents and carers with learning about recent changes in the curriculum and how their child is taught at school. Familiarise adults with the main strategies used to teach calculation, mental maths, reading, writing, spelling and handwriting in primary schools. Parents and carers will feel more confident in supporting their children's learning, whilst providing an opportunity to brush up their own skills.
