Kent Adult Education offers a wide range of free learning opportunities in our Dartford Adult Education Centre, and community venues and adult education centres across Kent. Whether you're looking to gain new qualifications, improve your career prospects or support your family's learning, Kent Adult Education (KAE) can help you achieve your goals.

We offer a wide range of courses that support personal development, wellbeing, further education and employment. Our experienced tutors provide high-quality teaching in a welcoming and supportive environment, helping learners of all backgrounds build confidence and reach their full potential.

At our Dartford centre, learners can access a broad range of learning opportunities designed to support every stage of the learning journey, from developing essential skills to progressing into further study or employment.

Term time

Monday 8.30am - 4.30pm, 6.30pm - 10pm

Tuesday 8.30am - 4.30pm, 6pm - 10pm

Wednesday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Thursday 8.30am - 10pm

Friday closed

Please note: Our Dartford centre will be closed on 24th and 28th August.

  • Water dispensers are available on-site
  • The high street is a 5-minute walk from the centre
  • Accessible toilets are available on the ground floor
  • A wheelchair ramp is available to access the building
  • An accessible lift is available in the building
  • Hearing loop is available at reception
