Gravesham Fringe Festival courses

Gravesham Fringe Festival will be taking place from 2nd to 11th June 2023 and we are delighted to announce we will be delivering a series of exciting FREE courses that will take place at Gravesend Adult Education centre. Sew a fun novelty pencil case or makeup bag made entirely from colourful zips, make a beautiful handbound sketch book, or learn to sew your own knot cushion and more.

In addition to our series of Craft courses we will also be holding a workshop with the North Kent Caribbean Network where you can help create a piece of local history while learning about the contribution of the Windrush Generation in Gravesham. During this workshop, you will help design a permanent memorial legacy to recognise and thank the local Windrush Generation residents from the Borough which will be displayed in Gravesend near the river.
