This course will teach basic maths needed to cook on a budget. You will learn how to compare prices and work out the best value; how to weigh/measure accurately; how to work out discounts and save money. Recipes will be nutritious and tasty. Classes will be fun and informative. Every week, you will be given a food parcel of ingredients and a recipe card to take home and cook a meal with.
