Your tutor will use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, including one to one guidance and group critiques to support you in achieving your goals. The course will be taught in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, which will try to cater for your individual needs.

After demonstrating the principles, your tutor will then guide, advise and assist and you will be encouraged to investigate the program to gain a greater understanding.

Your tutor will provide feedback throughout the day. You will complete an end of course evaluation.

If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom, or using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the appropriate support.

A notepad and pen. You may wish to bring a calculator and a pencil.

During your course your tutor will offer guidance in relation to your personal progression route. Courses are designed to progress you to further study or into employment. Please speak with your tutor if you have an interest in self-employment or an interest in developing a career. We can also help you access the National Careers service.

This course is for those who have some computer literacy and are able to type confidently. It would be preferable if you have some experience of keeping accounts, either manual and/or computerised accounts.
