How will I be taught?
To get the most from the course, you will be shown how to use daily practice and visualisation in preparation for birth, and relaxation techniques for a range of situations. I hope it will impart a different and deeper understanding of the relationship between mind and body and between a woman and her birthing partner, and a sense of empowerment and confidence in both to embrace their unique paths to parenthood.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion with you so that you are completely comfortable.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
You should also bring some lunch for you and your birthing partner and a bottle of water.
What do I need to join the course
The course is for expectant mothers at any stage of their pregnancy (although it is particularly useful between 20 and 30 weeks) and their birthing partner.
