How will I be taught?
You will be taught and assessed in the classroom and will create a portfolio of assignments and evidence of learning. Delivery will be through formal taught sessions, tutor and peer observations, discussion, worksheets and resource books and home study. Your learning will be assessed on a regular basis to ensure you are making progress and getting the most from the course.
What do I need to bring with me?
Course materials will be supplied but you will need to bring a file to keep your assessed work for the City and Guilds moderation. You should also bring your own writing materials (pen, pencil, notebook etc.). Some programmes may use electronic portfolios.
What can I do next?
Following successful completion of this course, you can progress onto the Certificate in Education and Training City and Guilds Level 4.
What do I need to join the course
A pre-course assessment including English and Maths skills is held before enrolment to confirm that the course is suitable for you and that you have the best chance of success.
