How will I be taught?
You will be taught as a small group (maximum 10 students) using a variety of teaching methods including demonstrations, instruction, one to one guidance, and group discussions.
Please let us know if you require special learning support to enable you to take part in the course.
What do I need to bring with me?
For the first lesson please bring with you: Note book and pen, an 8” round sponge cake or a round dummy cake, 11” drum board and box, apron, rolling pin, 1.5kg white roll out fondant (can be bought from a supermarket), a palette knife and any silicon rose moulds/general cake decorating equipment you may have.
Further materials and equipment will be required throughout the course, details will be given when required.
