How will I be taught?
You will be guided through a posture designed to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Students will be able to meditate and enjoy their journey (you will not be asked to share this journey with your peers). Specific topics will be discussed e.g what is happiness? Your tutor will provide you with feedback and advice. You may wish to work on a personal learning diary if you wish to attend each month.
What do I need to bring with me?
Loose comfortable clothing, a small bottle of water if desired.

What do I need to join the course
There are no entry requirements for this course, it is for people of all ages and abilities with an interest in meditation, either new to Mindfulness or with some past or current experience. This course may particularly appeal to those who experience stress or anxiety.
